Yes – every item we source is 100% guaranteed authentic. Whether it’s a Hermès handbag, a limited-edition designer accessory, or another rare luxury item, we work only with trusted suppliers and professional authentication partners to ensure the highest level of authenticity and quality.

How does your service work?

You contact us with your wishlist (brand, model, color, size, condition, budget). We then search globally for the perfect match. Once you confirm and make payment, we arrange secure shipping or personal delivery – wherever you are in the world.

Can I return an item?

No, returns are not accepted. Due to the exclusive and highly curated nature of our items – often rare and sourced on demand – all sales are final. Please consider your purchase carefully.

How long does it take to find a bag?

This varies depending on the specifics and availability. On average, sourcing takes 24 hours or a few days to several weeks. We will keep you personally updated throughout the process.

How is shipping handled?

We ship worldwide via DHL Express with full insurance and tracking. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
If a client requests customs clearance under a lowered declared value, any risk of loss, damage, or claims will be fully at the client’s own responsibility. We strongly recommend declaring the full value for secure, insured transit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We primarily accept bank transfers for all purchases.
Credit card payments may be accepted in select cases; however, please note that a processing fee will apply, which varies depending on your location and card provider. Please contact us in advance if you wish to pay by credit card.

Once you confirm your purchase, full payment is expected the same day to secure the item.
If you wish to reserve an item, this is possible with a 10% non-refundable deposit, valid for up to 48 hours. After that period, the item will be released unless full payment has been received.

What if my item arrives damaged?

All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of damage during transit, we will assist you immediately in filing an insurance claim. We package all items with exceptional care.

Do you offer advice on purchases?

Absolutely. We provide expert advice on colors, sizes, market value, and investment potential. Our service is discreet, transparent, and tailored to your personal preferences.

Do you also buy luxury items from clients?

Yes — we don’t just sell, we also buy and consign authentic luxury items from clients, both pre-loved and brand new.
If you own an Hermès handbag or another exclusive designer piece, you can choose between:

  • direct purchase offer: We buy your item outright, after authentication and valuation.
  • consignment arrangement: We list and promote your item via our network. Once sold, you receive the agreed payout minus our commission.
