We guarantee that all items sold through us are 100% authentic. Each item undergoes a rigorous authentication process by our team of experts before being listed for sale. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of the item you receive, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in addressing your concerns.


3. Shipping and Handling

  • Pre-Paid Shipping: For items sold to us, we provide a pre-paid shipping label to ensure your item is safely sent to us.
  • Insurance: We recommend you insure your item during shipping. While we take great care in handling your items, shipping risks, such as loss or damage, are the responsibility of the customer if the item is lost or damaged during transport to us.

4. Damage or Issues with the Item upon Arrival

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it, but the item must be reported within 24 hours of receipt for us to assist you further. Please note that once the sale is completed, no refunds or returns will be issued for any reason.


5. Customs Fees & Duties

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your local customs regulations and fees. We are not responsible for any customs delays or charges that may occur during shipping.
